Sign any YPAC compliance plan on a 24-month lock and the price on your agreement is the price you pay for the full two years. When you reach the final month, we survey the air quality of your building at no charge — a £300 survey, on us.

Every year, service rates creep up — labour, materials, insurance. But your compliance calendar doesn't move: dampers must be tested annually to BS 9999, ventilation and kitchen systems must be cleaned on cycle, and a missed date is a finding against you, whatever the going rate happens to be.

How the 2-Year Compliance Lock Works
01 — Choose Your Plan
Any YPAC compliance plan qualifies: the full Complete Compliance Plan covering dampers, supply and extract ventilation and kitchen extract, a single-service plan, or a custom build for complex sites.
02 — Sign the 24-Month Lock
The price on your agreement is the price you pay. No mid-term uplifts, no renewal renegotiation, no "market adjustment" letters for the agreed scope.
03 — Two Years of Fixed Costs
All visits, testing and certification for the agreed scope are delivered on schedule at the locked rate. Works outside the agreed scope are always quoted and approved first — never billed silently.
04 — Month 24: Free Air Quality Survey
When you reach the final month of the lock, we carry out a full Air Quality Survey of your building — free of charge — and hand you the written report.
What the Free Air Quality Survey Includes
Carried out in month 24 by our BESA IAQ-qualified surveyor, assessed against WHO indoor air quality guidance and CIBSE recommendations.
- Ventilation effectiveness checks — whether occupied spaces are actually receiving the fresh air rates they should be
- Contamination and filtration inspection — ductwork and filtration condition that affects the air your people breathe
- Written survey report — findings, photographs and clear recommendations you can hand to insurers, auditors and management
- Baseline for the years ahead — a documented IAQ position to measure future improvements against, increasingly requested as part of wellbeing and ESG records
The survey carries a standalone value of £300. On the Lock, it costs you nothing — it's our thank-you for two years of partnership.

What the Lock Covers — and What It Doesn't
- The lock covers the agreed plan scope. The services, schedules and rates written into your agreement hold for 24 months.
- Extra work is never billed silently. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and approved by you before we touch it.
- The free Air Quality Survey is delivered in the 24th month of the plan, at a mutually agreed date.
- Certification is real and documented. Compliance certification issued on completion of works — reports your auditor or insurer accepts first time.
- Backed by the YPAC Compliance Guarantee. If a damper we certify is later found non-compliant due to an error on our part, we re-test and remediate it free.
Because we keep the work in-house with our own BESA-qualified engineers, we take on a limited number of new compliance clients each month.
