Last updated: 5 October 2026. Yorkshire PureAir Compliance Ltd ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

2. What we collect and why
Quote enquiries
If you complete our quote form, we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, site address and the details you type about your premises and systems. We use this solely to prepare and send your quotation and follow up on your enquiry. If you go ahead, it becomes your client record. If not, we keep it for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, then delete it.
TR19 Air 2026 guide requests
Requesting our free guide collects your name and email so we can send you the PDF. We may follow up once to ask if the guide was useful. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Cookies and analytics
On your first visit we show a cookie banner. Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage is set until you choose Accept. If you accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies help us understand which pages are read and whether adverts bring useful visitors. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Your choice is remembered on this device and can be changed by clearing site data in your browser.
Spam protection
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects standard technical signals (device and browser information) to distinguish real enquiries from bots. It works whether or not you accept cookies.
When you contact us directly
Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send us are kept with your enquiry or client record, so we have the history when you ring back — and because we're often asked what was agreed last time.
Client records
For contracted work we keep job sheets, reports, certificates and invoices for at least six years after the work, as required for tax and accounting records.
3. The legal basis
We process enquiry data to respond to your request (legitimate interest and steps preparatory to a contract), client data to perform our contract with you, billing data to meet legal obligations, and cookies only with your consent. We never sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties except the processors needed to run the site (our email and hosting providers and Google for analytics and advertising).
4. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data (access); fix anything wrong (correction); delete it (erasure); stop certain processing (restriction); object to our use of it; or ask for it in a portable format. We will respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1114.
5. Changes
If we change how the site works we'll update this page and the date above. Questions before then? Ring us on 07356 176929 — we'd rather you asked.
